Margaret brings more than 6 years of experience in the transportation field to Gray-Bowen-Scott and over 20 years as a business professional in many industries. Margaret provides a wide range of support services on multiple projects, managing competing priorities in a dependable manner and adapting easily to changing responsibilities and situations. Margaret wears many hats!

In her role as Project Analyst, Margaret is the site administrator for e-Builder, the construction program management software utilized for Gray-Bowen-Scott's San Mateo US-101 Express Lanes Project. Margaret's fantastic people skills have been an asset to Gray-Bowen-Scott during the training and troubleshooting phase of the software implementation. Margaret has collected and analyzed data from multiple agency users to execute cost-based processes and has formalized protocols for document management within e-Builder.

Margaret has been instrumental in assisting Gray-Bowen-Scott in compiling and navigating submittals through Caltrans processes, including the preparation of encroachment permit applications, grant applications, and field reviews/preliminary environmental studies.

Her 20 years of graphics experience and proficiency with myriad software programs allows her to solve technical problems with files, to translate the written word into layouts for slide decks, and to chart the draft-to-final process for documents and presentations including editing, proofreading, and creating copy.

When Margaret is not at work, you're likely to find her in the great outdoors enjoying her favorite pastime, birding.
